SCOTT ARBEITER | WORLD RELIEF

Scott Arbeiter’s proven marketplace skills, pastoral experience, passion for mission and history with World Relief uniquely equip him for his role as President of World Relief. Scott was a partner at Arthur Andersen serving in a variety of functions over his seventeen-year marketplace career. In 2001, Scott resigned from the partnership to serve at Elmbrook Church in Milwaukee, where he became Lead Pastor. Scott has also served on World Relief’s Board of Directors for nearly a decade, including three years as Chairman. After finishing his term on the board, in 2015 Scott became a consultant and advisor to World Relief Leadership. Scott has been married to Jewel for thirty-three years and together they have raised three daughters, Kelsey, Jacquelyn, and Karis, all of whom have grown to love and serve Christ in their own remarkable ways.


KATHY KHANG | INTERVARSITY

Kathy KyoungAh Khang is currently serving as a regional multiethnic ministries director with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Kathy is one of the authors of More Than Serving Tea.  Graduating from Northwestern, Kathy began her career as a journalist. Her time in the newsroom pressed her to consider how her passion for writing would be integrated into living out her faith in Jesus. Kathy and her husband Peter Chang live in the north suburbs of Chicago, and are honored to be the parents of Bethany, Corban, and Elias. Kathy continues to write on her personal blog More Than Serving Tea.


ROBERTO RIVERA | THE GOOD LIFE ORGANIZATION

Roberto Rivera is an award winning artist, educator, and change agent who specializes in applying best practices in engaging youth using practical and relevant methods. Roberto Rivera received his undergraduate degree at UW-Madison where he created his own major entitled “Social Change, Youth Culture and the Arts”. He received his master’s degree at UIC in Youth Development with a focus on Social Justice, Urban Education, and Hip-hop. He currently is the President and Lead Change Agent of the Good Life Org., an organization that publishes multi-media educational tools and trains educators, youth workers, and parents in connecting positive youth development to community development. His experience in working in the field of community-based popular education over the last decade have won him awards from former president Bill Clinton, Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin, and others.
